It's like they've forgotten what it means to be part of a team and believe in their fellow students. This lack of spirit is negative to the entire school environment.

This Isn't My Old School

When I hear the words more info "alma mater|my old school|the place where I learned}", it doesn't spark feelings of warmth and nostalgia. For me, it's a unfamiliar concept. Maybe because my years there were not like others, or perhaps I simply haven't had the time to reflect. Whatever the reason, that phrase doesn't have the same weight for me as it does for others.

It's not that I dislike my time at school. It was a period of growth, just not one that resonates in the way many people describe.

Perhaps it's because I made my passions away from the traditional school setting. Or maybe it's because my memories are defined by specific experiences. Whatever the case, "Not My Alma Mater|My School Is Different|This Isn't My Old School", and that's perfectly okay.
